Marigold Cottage is a quality, contemporary three-bedroom holiday cottage in the vibrant village of Brockenhurst, Hampshire, in the heart of the New Forest.

The accommodation offers open plan living on the ground floor with cosy lounge, leading to kitchen and dining area. There is a downstairs toilet. The cottage sleeps five adults and a travel cot is available on request. The first floor has two double and one single bedroom, with separate shower room and a further family bathroom. Young families are especially welcome with equipment for babies, toddlers and young children, together with toys and games. There is wi-fi, TV with Freeview and DVD player in lounge area, plus an additional TV in the kitchen/dining area.

Brockenhurst is surrounded by ancient woods and heathland yet offers an array of shops in the village. It has its full quota of cafes and tea houses, pubs and restaurants in easy walking distance, as well as opportunities for fine dining.

For those keen on walking and cycling, it is ideally situated in the centre of the New Forest. For cycling enthusiasts Cyclexperience is a two-minute walk from Marigold Cottage where you will find a large range of bikes, electric bikes, tandems, tag-a-longs and children’s seats. There are a plethora of trails, routes and tracks from the village for bike rides. There are routes with flat, level section through to adventurous, gravel track routes to the boundary of the forest and cyclist will find wildlife in their natural setting.

You will have the New Forest at your fingertips with a selection of warm and inviting restaurants and pubs with beautiful views in the surrounding countryside. In addition there are many things to do in the local area for those who enjoy history, art, sport, sailing, sightseeing or require children’s entertainment parks.
